I worked at Love's corporate for a year and a half, and every day I went, I just wanted to go right back home. It's definitely a corporate setting, and they try to make the environment better with "events," but it's honestly not worth it.. Also, the work needing to be done was monotonous, so I left.
The higher management is absolutely garbage. There's no effective communication between store managers and their employees. There's no effective communication between the store managers and the higher management
