  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    I'm working minimum wage. I am a cashier, a stylist, a piercer, a stocktaker, a merchandiser and I have to do these at the same time everyday. I'd be better off working min-wage in a McDonalds.
  • What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
    By HR doing their job and hiring more employees for the company. HR stands for Human Resourse. They are the ones responsible to bring in employees. Not expect store managers to go around and look for a teamcto hire. Its not even in our contract to do so.
