I like to problem solve and my job allows me to do that.

I like the bi-weekly pay and the sick time and vacation time is good.

I like that I get to work independently but also have a support structure if I'm struggling.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HR does a good job of trying to bring other departments together. We have an amazing work space in marketing and everyone seems to enjoy the work.
