Having clear communication, direct and understandable tasks, a manageable workload and a genuine trust that we are able to get our work done without micromanagement.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
(Most) leaders take the time to listen to our opinions. They seem to genuinely appreciate feedback and will apply your suggestions to whatever project you're speaking on.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
LRP really cares about their employees. They understand that we are all real people and have lives outside of work. Even when working remotely, the environment still feels like we're connected and being cared for. Newsletter &, virtual events like the dog dress up contest make it fun!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There feels like a lack of cohesion comes from certain attitudes. At the end of the day we are all working to reach a common goal but it feels like some coworkers are only worried about taking care of themselves and not helping the team as a whole.
