What is the best part about your compensation package?
The vacation structure isn't great if you are hired between July and December but otherwise it is a good plan. The 401K plan is a nice perk.

que los cargo que uno desempeña no es acorde con lo que trabaja un auxliar no tiene ninguna interacion con cocinar si mas bien es un apoyo para los maestro y ayudante pero no cocina y uno hace esa función de maestro no siendo el sueldo acuerde con lo que se desempe

Higher wage for work that is complete. More benefits with a legit company 401k with higher company match. Holiday pay from day 1 of employment. Flight beneifits. Supply employees with whole foods. Not vending machines.
Due to the fact that we are doing duties that are the drivers and to make matters worse to see a benefit of pay we have to work overtime and one of our days off.
I'm doing the jobs & work of three people with no recognition; training and ongoing education are non-existent; if you wish to purse there is no tuition reimbursement program
IVE WORKED IN THE LAX AREA IN THE COLD FOOD/ FOOD PREP AREA AND LET ME SAY THAT THE MANAGER WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. DID NOT HELP IN ANY WAY. ITS A BAD ENVIRONMENT TO WORK IN. THIS JOB IS EXHAUSTING FOR WHAT THEY PAY.

Cuz I'm a hard-working individual and I show up punctual. Because I believe that's the way to be. I do my job with skill ,knowledgement, acknowledgment, and communicate well with my team!
