I will feel very comfortable knowing that my boss can understand the situation that surrounds me, as a worker having kids doctor's appointments and certain situations come up the company will be great to understand those issues

All of Managnent needs to be let go. Every single one.
HR doesnt want to hire the right people and properly distributed work load
Everything especially in Miami !!!!
There s large disconnect between HQ and the field, HQ issues new rules and directives without explaining the changes, just expecting the field to carry them out whether or not they make sense
