Caring for employees. Actually lead & set a good example. Treat employees like human beings. Provide safer work conditions.
They need to learn to listen to the employees that are working daily at the airport and get their feedback and have weekly or monthly meetings, it's not a one-way street to lead a company.
Leadership team needs to get better at communication and being more understanding

Higher wage for work that is complete. More benefits with a legit company 401k with higher company match. Holiday pay from day 1 of employment. Flight beneifits. Supply employees with whole foods. Not vending machines.
Due to the fact that we are doing duties that are the drivers and to make matters worse to see a benefit of pay we have to work overtime and one of our days off.
I'm doing the jobs & work of three people with no recognition; training and ongoing education are non-existent; if you wish to purse there is no tuition reimbursement program

There s large disconnect between HQ and the field, HQ issues new rules and directives without explaining the changes, just expecting the field to carry them out whether or not they make sense
