What is the best part about your compensation package?
The vacation structure isn't great if you are hired between July and December but otherwise it is a good plan. The 401K plan is a nice perk.

We work well with each together and if one's occupied or going to use the restroom we take over the job and do the job we have until the job until he gets back that person
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My kitchen is like the United Nations. There is much respect, understanding and support. I feel I can go to HR with any issue and they will work with me to fine solution. Managers and Supervisors work together and set a great example..
