What do you like best about the leadership team?
Average. Not in sync with subordinates at all
its good. You will get fair chanxe if you stay long

Shift allowance is provided for all shifts
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We need more bonus or at least pay raise. Just a good work life balance will not work
Better appraisals and employee benefits should be given.
Better salaries and better manager
What are some of the best things about your team?
Highly qualified and invested team members
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
People need to spend more time in something productive, most people only doing unproductive reporting work, no good quality technical work is available. Projects operate only according to the wishes of the managers, some even micro manage.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It gave you full chance to prove tour leadership in different events
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Senior managers and executives need to be more employee friendly

Flexible work timings and good leave policy
Less work and work life balance if you're in a good project and if the client and managers are good.
