What is the best part about your compensation package?
Having your benefit premiums 100% covered by your employer is HUGE! So appreciated, and it says a lot about how LTSE cares about the wellbeing of its team members.
Unlimited PTO that you can actually take. Excellent, free insurance for employees and their families.
"Unlimited" PTO, that we are actually encouraged to use.
LTSE provides comprehensive coverage for medical, dental, vision, and other related health expenses. To top it off, employees get unlimited PTO, the opportunity to purchase equity in the company, and maternity/paternity time off.
Healthcare benefits. Overall, a very fair compensation package - not extravagant, but by no means stingy.
That I am fairly compensated. I don't think about going elsewhere nor do l feel unappreciated.
