What are some of the best things about your team?
I've never met a more helpful, supportive group of people. There's always someone to explore new ideas with, and while we take our work seriously, we don't take our *selves* too seriously - plenty of laughs in our Slack channels and Zoom calls.
Friendly, collaborative, helpful. Lots of opportunity to ask questions and define your work.

Company is very top heavy and come from a generation that talked down to employees. Leadership rarely does their own work and only works by dictating.
