I've never been happier with a "workplace." As a Remote First company, I enjoy a flexible schedule and PTO without ever feeling like I'm missing opportunities. I get to do what I love, and work with people who are equally passionate about our deeply meaningful mission.

Working at LTSE is an amazing opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing and mission-based startup, collaborate with inspiring people, and develop your skills in the field of fintech!

It's a startup, so there's a certain amount of chaos. However I find it to be way more organized and professional than most. Lots of great talent here and leadership empowers those folks to solve the problems that they've been hired to solve, rather than micromanaging.

Engaging and chaotic. We're doing with ~20 people what other exchange do with hundreds or thousands of people. Lots of room for growth, and always new and exciting things to work on. There's never a shortage of work to do or problems to solve.

Fast-paced, environment with people that take the time to teach and share their knowledge.

This team is really coming into their own - I love watching them become more tightly interconnected and their response to feedback from all levels of the team.

Healthcare benefits. Overall, a very fair compensation package - not extravagant, but by no means stingy.

I've never met a more helpful, supportive group of people. There's always someone to explore new ideas with, and while we take our work seriously, we don't take our *selves* too seriously - plenty of laughs in our Slack channels and Zoom calls.

One of LTSE's principles is around transparency, and it showed from my very first interview. I was blown away by how authentic my interviewer was in creating a true picture of the role, culture, and challenges.

Thoughtful process and lots of opportunity to ask questions. Felt like an extended conversation. Was not asked to complete unpaid project work.

The interviewers listened carefully to my responses and asked thoughtful questions that helped me showcase my knowledge and capabilities.
