- What did you like most about the interview process?One of LTSE's principles is around transparency, and it showed from my very first interview. I was blown away by how authentic my interviewer was in creating a true picture of the role, culture, and challenges.
- What are some of the best things about your team?I've never met a more helpful, supportive group of people. There's always someone to explore new ideas with, and while we take our work seriously, we don't take our *selves* too seriously - plenty of laughs in our Slack channels and Zoom calls.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?Having your benefit premiums 100% covered by your employer is HUGE! So appreciated, and it says a lot about how LTSE cares about the wellbeing of its team members.
