What did you like most about the interview process? One of LTSE's principles is around transparency, and it showed from my very first interview. I was blown away by how authentic my interviewer was in creating a true picture of the role, culture, and challenges.
What are some of the best things about your team?I've never met a more helpful, supportive group of people. There's always someone to explore new ideas with, and while we take our work seriously, we don't take our *selves* too seriously - plenty of laughs in our Slack channels and Zoom calls.
What is the best part about your compensation package?Having your benefit premiums 100% covered by your employer is HUGE! So appreciated, and it says a lot about how LTSE cares about the wellbeing of its team members.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Just be more empathetic to your employee's needs.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Company is very top heavy and come from a generation that talked down to employees. Leadership rarely does their own work and only works by dictating.
