What are some of the best things about your team? The help we give each other among all the colleagues who love our work at Luby's.
What is the best part about your compensation package? The 401k and the Insurance Plan
What did you like most about the interview process? It was fast and easily accessible
What's going wrong and how can it be improved? We get a lot of phone calls daily that unfortunately can't always be answered because its too busy. Or too understaffed. Either way, all phone calls go to one phone in food-to-go and theres only one food-to-go cashier. Its impossible to answer every call. Managers should take calls sometimes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Workload is physically and mentally exhuasting especially at a location that is busy ALL DAY everyday. When one person quits, it affects EVERYONE. Frequently shortstaffed because employees are treated like a product and not a person. Managers never clean up after their own mess.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I'd like to be paid more money
