Supportive team members. Shares pain and listens patiently to frustrating rants about any issue going on in the project

Very diverse and open to learn and grow

we all have a pretty solid understanding of each other, not everyone is open to other's being in their personal business but we all treat each other with respect and compassion

Alignment on priorities and goals

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I think if we had a true leade and an actual team. We would do well. Lucid would do well if it teplaced its sales leadership from top to bottom.
