The honesty, he is as transparent as he possibly can be, that's all I can ask of my manager
Great auto experience and has technology credibility
This company constantly moved the goalposts while cutting pay and commissions during operational chaos. Employees were expected to deliver luxury-level service through stop-sales, delays, inventory issues, and angry customers, with inconsistent leadership support and declining morale.

Listening to individual contributors, and promoting senior employees
Bonus potential. Looking forward to big rewards
Competitive base salary and some portion of equity
Because i tripled my sales wuota my first month and have co stantly been leading in orders. They lowered from $35 to $23 an hoir while lowering commissions by 40%. All this happened while we had stop sales, nobody wanting to test drive, and no bonus opportunities. Would find ways to not pay us.

Extremely high executive pays and and promotions with nothing left for employees
Industry comparable pay and benefits.
Travel expenses to be reimbursed
The willingness to come together when our leaders fail or executives oppress hardships
Supportive team members. Shares pain and listens patiently to frustrating rants about any issue going on in the project
Very diverse and open to learn and grow
we all have a pretty solid understanding of each other, not everyone is open to other's being in their personal business but we all treat each other with respect and compassion
Alignment on priorities and goals
I think if we had a true leade and an actual team. We would do well. Lucid would do well if it teplaced its sales leadership from top to bottom.

the energy of the employee's
Good representation from senior management.
Getting a chance to interview with the CEO
More transparency during the process and lag between interviews
Can't be improved any further.
Helping the company grow every day
The impact and the future of the company, if I'm here for the future, it's because i knew the sacrifice was worth hanging around
Plenty of challenges to solve and tremendous potential for significant and lasting impact
Sales operations. Hire new sales ops people and leadership, fix the terible delivery system. Lucid has a great car and a twrrible product....never delivered on time and it seems like everyone eneds up inservice just after taking ownership!
