The honesty, he is as transparent as he possibly can be, that's all I can ask of my manager

Extremely high executive pays and and promotions with nothing left for employees

What are some of the best things about your team?
The willingness to come together when our leaders fail or executives oppress hardships
Supportive team members. Shares pain and listens patiently to frustrating rants about any issue going on in the project
Very diverse and open to learn and grow
we all have a pretty solid understanding of each other, not everyone is open to other's being in their personal business but we all treat each other with respect and compassion

The people I directly work with
Good communications and many positive people
The morale is really high for this place even though we work these crazy hours we find a way to smile through the tough times

Fire leadership. Hear what people wants. Be a leader to your people before leading the industry.

Very friendly and answered all questions openly and honestly

Plenty of challenges to solve and tremendous potential for significant and lasting impact

Sales processes and too much manual work and expectations put on individual contributors.

there's no ceiling once they work out all the little issues this company will be great
