low information, most of the time customers know lh situation and news better. bad leaders on lower levels!!!

What can this brand most improve?

I was harrassed by customer service, treated poorly on a business class flight...as in no water no food poorly was not compensated for lost luggage,, was given the run around via phone and email by all offices, and am fully traumatized that I am STILL being abused by the carrier.
