We're a fun and kind group of people. Genuine human interaction is valued more than typical politicking and competition among peers.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The fact that multiple interviews with multiple people concurrently were scheduled. That there was plenty of time given to human interaction that wasn't entirely work-related.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Although the company is results oriented, a lot of autonomy is afforded to the team, and the company focuses on accountability for the important stuff, not trivial matters.
