We're a fun group. We're distributed, so we're from all over the place, bringing a lot of unique characteristics to the table. These are some of the most intelligent people I've ever worked with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership are all very transparent about the health of the company. We get regular updates on financials, sales, new opportunities, company direction, etc. Our leadership very much maintain an open door policy, and we can get an answer to questions/concerns very easily.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It includes a monthly budget to spend on tech I need to do my job. It also includes a yearly education budget to spend on learning. Also we get a 6 week paid leave whenever there is a new baby in the family.
