Helping people either achieve their goals for the project, or help them learn how to be better at their work.

The openness and kindness again, they interview the person as a person, doesn't feel like you're looked at as a cog.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The kindness and openness of people, even when it's hard stuff like our financials aren't looking good, or something isn't going well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They're all really interested in what they're doing and they're smart. No jerks (knock on wood) and lots of kind and generous folks.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open, approachable, have a good vision for what how the company should be like, what will get our bills paid, and how to be helpful to our community.
