I like the flexibility to work at home or adjust hours when I have personal/family needs

The creative freedom to explore ideas and implement them. Working as a team to problem solve and achieve goals.

They're compassionate, transparent, and trustworthy. They communicate goals and objectives well while also treating every person in the company with respect and gratitude.

No one thing for me. The package as a whole is constantly evolving and pushing to be competitive using other successful tech company compensation trends

It's a progressive culture willing to give whatever tools are needed for individuals to be successful. All ideas and thoughts seem welcome no matter the person or role.
