I can see their clear commitment to driving our company's success forward and their passion for what we do.

I sense that the leadership team truly cares and wants to work with employees to foster growth and career opportunities where possible.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy the people I work with and the relationships. I feel like that's the rarest thing to find at a job. When you spend 40+ hours a week with the same people, it's great to enjoy their company and to work with people you respect and learn from.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all work really hard to make sure customers get the best service, and it feels like we really care about the customers. Everyone on my team is also constantly working to improve. I work with incredibly conscientious and caring people, including my manager. I feel like everyone supports each other
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel I should be making a bit more for the amount of time I've been here and for the time and effort I've put in to progress and learn more throughout the years and for my expertise. Aside from this I'm very happy with my work, team, and the company.
