I enjoy a combination of the salary, and benefits that the company provides.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that there isn't a manager breathing down your neck throughout the shift to get more and more done faster and faster, and that everyone is genuinely wanting and able to help you succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
i love that I have the power, and growing knowledge to be able to help authors make their dreams come true, or to help improve a persons day by giving them the best version of myself I can give.
What are some of the best things about your team?
i like that they all have their own unique, yet warm personalities that makes it easy for me to approach and converse with them. I can definitely see myself being friends with at least 90% of my coworkers outside of the job.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that I'm more than a worker to them, i'm a person, with a personality, and feelings who bring my own worth to the table, and it seems like they appreciate me for being me more than for being an abled body person to complete work.
