What does the leadership team need to get better at?Our ELT needs to get better at focusing on 2-3 main strategic goals and not more than that. They try to "bite off more than they can chew" by taking on too much and it disaggregates the company and its culture.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Coworkers needs to get better at being positive in the workplace. Our environment in the office is negative and it reflects in our work.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel undervalued because I don't always feel like I am able to reach my full potential. I feel compensation is lower than average in the industry.
