What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all support each other
work from home currently so no real environment except online
We are growing at a good pace and signing up new clients every quarter
That they listen to the employees regardless of Entry level or executive level.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Senior and middle management need to allow workers to contribute to the improvement of methods and goals.
Stop letting emotions run the company, hire qualified people - not just qualified on paper. Stop letting HR create an environment of fear, individuality is discouraged. The motto is, be who they want you to be, not yourself, ever.
The culture itself. It’s toxic, no knowledge base to continue working, many great people leave because of the culture or are looking to get out. This lay-off was a blessing and a curse. This
