They need to get better at leadership, communications, managing people or teams, hiring decisions, firing decisions, financial decisions, floorplan design, kindness, listening to customers, listening to employees, empathy, technology architecture, QA, customer service, and benefits selection.

The overall morale is quite low. This reduces the effectiveness of work effort and interactions. Only a change in senior management could improve on this.
Less talking, more working is a start.
Senior and middle management need to allow workers to contribute to the improvement of methods and goals.
Stop letting emotions run the company, hire qualified people - not just qualified on paper. Stop letting HR create an environment of fear, individuality is discouraged. The motto is, be who they want you to be, not yourself, ever.

Management is what is going wrong. It can be improved by replacing all of them with people that have brains and care about anything other than profits.
