Making s*it happen. Fast paced startups like this can be messy and crazy and there's so much amazing opportunity to make impact, both internally and for our clients.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to employees, taking time to make real, actionable plans, communicating clearly and effectively, pausing and reflecting whether their decisions have negative or positive effects on the rest of the company
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency is wonderful. I've never worked for anyone who was so transparent about all the things we're doing and the things we need. It can be intimidating but it also lets me know that you care about us and want us to be personally invested.
