What are some of the best things about your team?

Team members are very commutative and willing to help and insightful would giving suggestions

Communication and the urge to help each other succeed.

The effort and action on behalf of my team is top notch. These folks work so hard even with the insane conditions and expectations we are put under.

Everyone brings something different and new to the table. Their quick and scrappy thinking motivates others to do the same.

Hard to say when team managers are fired.
