What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My team members and Direct report are extremely commutative helpful and available when needing help

People hold each other up, even when the days are hard

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Realistic goals and coaching are needed. Constant churn and burn out wasn't systemically addressed as the COO/CFO and CEO want results. No matter how much they SAY they care, the want fast results.
