Realistic goals and coaching are needed. Constant churn and burn out wasn't systemically addressed as the COO/CFO and CEO want results. No matter how much they SAY they care, the want fast results.
More transparency around salary, less snake-oil salesy moves from recruiters, and more transparency around the ACTUAL culture.
COO/CFO gives a sense of untrustworthiness. CEO talks too much. If they cannot change, everyone is on the chopping block.
Leadership showing less favoritism (it's so apparent here). Leadership being more transparent about people leaving. Leadership being more supportive of the company's growth, and leadership being more transparent period.
