Interviews Reviews

More transparency around salary, less snake-oil salesy moves from recruiters, and more transparency around the ACTUAL culture.

COO/CFO gives a sense of untrustworthiness. CEO talks too much. If they cannot change, everyone is on the chopping block.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Leadership showing less favoritism (it's so apparent here). Leadership being more transparent about people leaving. Leadership being more supportive of the company's growth, and leadership being more transparent period.
