Based on all the responsibilities I have, I would like to be compensated for that.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I was given a tour of the facility and I was given the opportunity to meet multiple employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always working to provide the best experience for their employees and willing to make time to answer any questions and provide feedback on projects.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We all get along, encourage one another, lend a hand when someone is in need, and ask how each other is doing. That is really important to me.
