Awesome team, full of entrepreneurs. People who love what they do so much they put in extra hours. This doesn't even feel like work.
What makes you most happy at work?
The culture, the environment, but most importantly, the opportunity to learn and develop into your best entrepreneurial self. That alone is worth more than the actual compensation.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I was sitting right across from the CEO, it was like 2 friends chopping it up and seeing how they can benefit each other. It felt very genuine. Anik is an honest man.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership team is awesome. They always have your back and look out for your well being. Anik is a freaking awesome CEO, I wouldn't want anyone else as my CEO. Not even Steve Jobs!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I know I can get paid more elsewhere but that's not what it's about right now. It's about a vision and I see this company going places. I want to be a part of that.
