its been a long and turbulent road having 10 bosses - not going to lie when i say it takes a lot of adjusting but its been stabilizing and getting better. There will always be speed bumps but i've learned to be resllient to those changes and enjoy the ride as something great grows
What makes you most happy at work?
Problem solving the challenges although with so may brilliant people there is 100% a clash of personalities sometimes - PHD's be stubborn
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
sympathetic to the fact we all have lives outside of work and when its push push push at work people need to have space
What is the best part about your compensation package?
base salary and access to perks such as doordash etc - honestly i'm a fan of the google model of golden handcuffs vs the tesla model of fear
What are some of the best things about your team?
Overachievers - better to hire people who may not know the field perfectly but are driven and self motivated as they come in hungry to learn and to help
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It has become a lot more empathetic to the challenges we face as a company right now scientifically. We must be tracked by metrics but science isn't a strait line and i think they're starting to realize that
