There have been significant and frequent changes in the ELT since I have been here but this last 6 months seems to be more stable. I believe we will need to maintain continuity in the ELT that will bring a sense of stability to the employees.

very collaborative and enjoy each others company. I feel free to be myself.

Salary is competitive but as we get closer to IPO the stock options become more important

I love to find and speak with the right candidates that will make a positive impact on the company's success.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have not experienced anyone with a big ego or naturally disagreeable person so it creates a safe environment to discuss issues and problems openly.
