Lyten has been a fun place to work overall. I came here just after graduating college and it has been such a thrill since. While I can't say it's perfect, I'm really fortunate to be working with some pretty sharp (and kind folks) and working on cutting edge tech to (hopefully) improve society.

Many of them are respective technical experts in their field, and are committed to making the world a more sustainable place.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think inflation has outpaced my initial offer for my market value, and think the next promotion cycle would hopefully be an opportunity to rectify this.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is, for the most part, talented and driven, and also easy to get along with. There are a couple of exceptions, but overall the culture here is good.
