What are some of the best things about your team?

Look out for each other and have one another's backs. Sometimes, it's tough when someone is out due to parental leave or a family emergency and it's reassuring that our team can step in to help each other.

Team is experienced to know how to have fun as we grow together.

Information in team meetings is over-communicated. Information is shared so teams can reach their objectives by knowing what's going on in other departments. I've seen other companies operate in silos; not the mantra here.
