A lot has changed in the brand over the past 10 years of my time with MAC. Although I still enjoy my role, I am often disheartened with how the brand fails to meet industry wage standards. The expected higher level of skill set should be rewarded with a competitive salary.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Easy and sufficient. Lack of organisation and communication throughout the process though.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. I feel that the salary should be reflective of your skill level and tenure within the business.
