Everything. The execs, the field team, and the way people are shown their hard work is appreciated.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To fire everyone and hire people who care for people rather than their own title, position, and image.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A yearly raise for .29 can’t do anything for raises should be based on rate of inflation. And all managers across the board should be paid equally
