I felt undervalued as a human being. I would feel better if my manager treated me than a human.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
behavior towards customers and employees, better training for store managers in interpersonal skills, teamwork. Thing about processes and try to make them more efficient. Senior managers should be more interested about stores and their equipment. For example in our store was no sink.
