Madison Area Technical College (Madison College) is a public technical and community college based in Madison, Wisconsin. It serves students in parts of 12 counties in south-central Wisconsin: Adams, Columbia, Dane, Dodge, Green, Iowa, Jefferson, Juneau, Marquette, Richland, Rock, and Sauk.

It has declined over time. The school is less student success focused, except for small groups, who do need the help, but this is done by taking away from others, not by expanding the scope of broad student success.

There are a few great people to work with.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
planning instead of reacting. They have vague goals that ignore most of the glaring needs and problems.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay strategy is to shit on the instructors and long-time employees. They appear to want to push early retirement.
What makes you most happy at work?
You're question prior to this used the word 'excited'. Really? bet you're not 'excited'. So, I like the challenges and new things that come up.
