everyone seems to genuinely care about students and how to help them succeed
What do you like best about the leadership team?
i'm not 100% sure who you are referring to by the term "leadership team".
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I'm happy with my pay, but sad that there hasn't been a cost of living adjustment with the current inflation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
my coworkers in my department are generous and i love sharing my teaching materials and borrowing theirs. i love sharing ideas with coworkers in my office from different departments and different schools
