I'm terribly disappointed that this survey asks me questions as if I belong to some "company" and as if I'm supposed to provide "customer service." We shouldn't try to run a college like a business. Many of my responses are inaccurate because there were too few choices.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Their devotion to their students despite their exhaustion.

Students can regularly make my day.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It seems fair to me.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The will and courage to lower class sizes in writing/reading intensive courses.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The staff and faculty are optimistic about the work they do, despite obstacles and feeling overworked.
