Interacting with the students and seeing them succeed. Achieving their dreams and working towards their goals. Even when someone is unsuccessful, we support them 100% and encourage them to try again.
What are some of the best things about your team?
As a new employee, the team was very welcoming and supportive. They reached out several time to just check in and provide guidance when I needed it, but wasn't over powering or annoying. This allowed me to develop my own skill set, but also have mentors when I needed it.
