The work is great. The students are great. The environment is one where you have to always be aware of what you say. There is a veneer that everything is great, and it is, if you buy into the secular narrative. If you don't, then you will be pilloried and canceled.

Their availability is first rate and they are clear about what is important to them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are of a common mind even though we are all drastically different. We always have the students best interests at heart and work collectively to help our students succeed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There isn't anything positive about being in a 100% woke environment 24-7. There is an aversion to anything conservative or non-secular. There is no mechanism for diversity of opinion or to even have a rational conversation about the issues that pervade all of society.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working with students, both educationally and personally. Many (if not most) of our students haven't or don't have anyone to discuss the variety of issues that confront them on a daily basis. Having someone who is 'invested' in them and can speak objectively about situations often gives them hope.
