Community-oriented, kind, hard-working, and supportive. Good balance between personal and professional relationships.

Colleagues and relationships; working on creative, challenging projects; positively impacting the experience and opportunities for other people
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Great professional development opportunities (though no clear paths to advancement), flexibility, trust and autonomy to do my work, and do it well. Opportunities to engage in projects, teams, etc. across the College. Emphasis on student-centered mission - working for a larger purpose & shared goals.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There currently isn't a process to receive a raise based on merit or quality of work. The process that do currently exist for promotion or to request pay increases are confusing, opaque, and difficult to engage in. I feel there is a culture of shame around asking for more money.
