Every single time I step into our building for work, I have great pride and feel so grateful to work for Madison College. I still say to myself that I cannot believe I work here, and it has been over five years. My immediate manager is supportive and kind. My teammates are amazing.

I love seeing the students! They are the most positive part of the work environment.

Our team is caring towards each other and our students. We are respectful, kind, and honest with each other. We also remember to have fun and laugh. Everyone is committed to the success of the students, program, and college.
