I have been extremely satisfied at Madison College. I only had one year under my belt when COVID struck. I was promoted to program director in April 2020. It has been a wild ride. My coworkers and deans have been amazing. I do think there are small things that can be improved. The future is bright.

THe Leadership in Protective services is Collaborative.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our Tema is dedicated to student success! All members work hard and are problem solvers.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing Student progress, Having a good working relationship with our stakeholders, and improving the program every year.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have not honestly had the opportunity to explore the full culture at Madison College. My workload at present does not allow me to engage in additional activities or to explore the true culture of the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm in an interesting position and have been working in the program Director Role since my second year of employment but do not qualify for Tier 3 compensation even though I have been and continue to perform Tier three work. I have only been at the College for four years (Full time).
