It's a Bureaucratic waste of effort. We engage on soft skills and thus cannot set goals. -- As I understand ATD was kicked back for more concrete measures and goals -- That should have been a key indicator to cabinet and leadership.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Leadership needs to have clear -- direct goals.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the Bureaucratic pace means there's no investment in getting things done. again -- if we see this -- so do the students.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very knowledgeable -- There was no "look forward to interacting with some of your co workers." Some of my coworkers have no initiative and no motivation.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership needs to come together as it's own team. Intiatives need to have clear goals. We have managers because of attrition not because of their leadership skills.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I tried to sign up for classes -- A perk of being hired .. Almost impossible. If it's this difficult for an employee, MATC students see that too.
