Supported by upper level management - mid-level management at Madison College is ineffective and unskilled nor do they have authority to be decision makers. I would get rid of mid-level managers all together.

Rural students are amazing, the regional faculty who serve rural student are equally amazing - both operate with less resources and have as high or higher persistence rates!
