Madison College is a good place to work. I feel the leadership over the course of the last several years has taken a turn for the worse and made many employees leave the college & retire early. Unfortunately some high up folks have personal agendas and they are pushing this on everyone

Great people, kind, good mesh of personalities, fun to work with and be around
What makes you most happy at work?
The days that I can get my work done and being around people that I enjoy working with.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people I work with. Thankfully, I work with good people and don't have to deal with all the politics throughout the college
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel that the employees that are "red-lined" and have been here for many years are not valued. We have not seen a raise in years and our level of experience with the college is not valued. We will never see increases in salaries and this model is NOT good for those that are at the top level.
